The buns were small which is fine. I wrapped mine in a paper towel that made handling this delicious burger more manageable. This is one of the burgers that you pick up once. Fries were crispy and tender. Will come here again.

Was on vacation and saw a new shopping center in Waikoloa. Stopped in to take a look and saw smash daddy and gave it a shot.

Ambiance... read more - great vibe in here, music, open kitchen so you can see cooks. A few beers on tap. Lights along the ceiling, with of all things, skateboard decks.

Service - woman who took our order was nice and welcoming, also very patient as it took us awhile to order.

Food - in all honestly I did not order anything. I had a bite of 2 of their burgers from my family. I had a bite of the smashed kalo burger which was surprisingly beefy. I thought it would be grainy but we enjoyed it. I also had a bite of their double smash burger which was so good. They really smash it thin to get those crispy edges that I love. I think my only issue was 1) these burgers are NOT cheap. We're talking $20 each, it does come with fries though. 2) the burger did leave a literal puddle of grease on the paper. Still enjoyed it regardless but, can be a little off putting for some.
