What's in a Name?
808 — it's the area code that connects every island in Hawaii. It's also the legendary drum machine that changed music forever. At Smash Daddy's 808, we bring that same energy to every burger we smash on the flat top.
Our founders trained under a mainland burger master, learning the art and science of the perfect smash burger. Now they're bringing those techniques to the Big Island with a style all their own.
Today we're a casual burger restaurant and craft beer bar in Waikoloa Plaza, with rotating taps, hand-spun shakes and plenty of room for the whole family.
